VIRTUAL MOG MILE
OCTOBER 2025
Join us in commemorating the 32nd Anniversary of Operation Gothic Serpent with our Virtual Mogadishu Mile Event. This annual commemoration honors the heroic actions of Task Force Ranger and remembers the fallen warriors in Somalia on October 3, 1993. The daylight operations began in the afternoon on October 3 and did not end until the final Ranger element departed the city in a running gun battle now known as the Mogadishu Mile on the morning of October 4. Learn more about the history of this event.
Every act of remembrance matters! Whether it’s a quiet reflection, a mile walk, or a shared story. How you honor the fallen is up to you, but if you're up for a challenge that echoes their strength and sacrifice, take on the Mog Mile WOD. This workout isn’t for the faint of heart - it’s intense, intentional, and designed to push your limits. Modify if needed, dig deep, and fight on to the Ranger objective.
All proceeds directly support active duty and former Rangers, their families, and Ranger Gold Star Families from the US Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment, including veterans of affiliated supporting units. More details to follow.
LAST YEAR’S RECAP
Together, participants from across the country honored the brave warriors of Operation Gothic Serpent and showed their support for our Ranger community in a powerful display of unity and remembrance. From one-mile walks to completing the WOD, every step taken and story shared made a meaningful impact.
Thank you to everyone who joined last year's Three Rangers Foundation Virtual Mog Mile—whether you walked, worked out, played the guitar, or spread the word. A special shout-out to last year's 18 sponsors and 24 local meet-up hosts! We couldn’t have done it without you, and we are truly grateful.
