STEVEN GREER

Command Sgt. Maj. Greer retired after 20 years of military service. He is a combat veteran and served as a U.S. Army Ranger squad leader, Special Forces weapons sergeant, Special Forces intelligence sergeant, Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha team sergeant, instructor at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, infantry company first sergeant, commandant of the light-fighters school, and command sergeant major for two light infantry battalions and one infantry brigade. 

Greer resides at Lake Sinclair, Georgia, with his wife and former soldier, Jennifer. They have two children-Aiden, an Army veteran and electrical lineman, and Abby, a registered nurse. They have one grandson, Hank Thomas Greer.
