LEE BUSBY
Lee Busby is a retired U.S. Army special operations veteran with 20 years of service, including multiple combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He served as both a team leader and a team member in high-risk, high-performance environments where trust, preparation, and accountability meant the difference between success and failure.
Throughout his career, Lee learned that leadership is not a title—it’s earned through competence, consistency, and taking responsibility for the team. He also learned the importance of building strong teams, developing the men beside you, and knowing when to lead from the front and when to support from within the team.
Today, Lee brings those lessons forward by coaching and mentoring young men and working with teams to develop discipline, character, and ownership. His focus is on helping young men learn how to be strong teammates before they try to become leaders—and helping men understand their responsibility to develop the next generation.
