CARRY THE WEIGHT
HONOR THE TRANSITION
One marathon. One sandbag. One mission: Support Rangers moving forward.
Campaign Story : Flying Pig x Three Rangers Foundation
I’m running the 2025 Flying Pig Marathon on May 2 – 4, carrying a 40lb sandbag to raise funds for the Three Rangers Foundation, an organization that supports and mentors Rangers as they transition from military service to civilian life.
Why 40 pounds? Because many of us carry more than that—memories, trauma, and the invisible weight of loss, identity shift, and reintegration. The sandbag is symbolic, but the mission is real.
Three Rangers Foundation was built by Rangers, for Rangers. Their mentorship programs, peer support, and community outreach save lives by giving transitioning veterans the tools and network to thrive. They were there for me and countless others during one of life’s hardest shifts: leaving behind the uniform, the team, and the clarity of purpose to start over in a world that often doesn’t understand what we carry.
As a former Special Operations Officer and combat veteran, I’ve seen firsthand how hard this transition can be. And I’ve also seen how the right community can change everything.
Please join me in supporting this cause. Every dollar goes directly toward helping a Ranger find their next mission, their next team, and their next chapter.
This isn’t just a run. It’s a reminder that no Ranger is ever out of the fight.
Rangers Lead the Way.
