ETHAN BROWN

Ethan Brown spent Eleven years as a United States Air Force Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) specialist, spending most of his career aligned with the U.S. Army’s 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC). In 2020, he left active duty and entered the policy community as a national security analyst, writing on key defense issues for a variety of research organizations and publications. He is the author of the “Visual Friendlies, Tally Target” anthology, focusing on the role of close air support in the Global War on Terror.
